is charged to all stays.
· Pool Heat is recommended between October to April for an additional
fee of $150.00 per week plus 12% tax, please request at time of booking. Monthly pool/spa heat $400.00 plus 12% tax
· Pets fee is a $150 per stay.
· Rentals may commence on any day of the week.
· Discounts available on stays of 2 weeks or longer.
· A minimum of 7 nights stay applies to Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas
and New Years.
· A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 per week is required to secure the
booking.
· Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Payments:
We accept payment by check, money orders or certified
check in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We also accept credit cards payments via PayPal. Using
PayPal for your payment will incur a 3% surcharge.
There is no charge for setting up a PayPal account
and it provides a safe method of making payments
across the Internet. With a Paypal account, you can
pay us from your bank account or credit card. This
can be done securely.
