· Please add the State and Local Tax to all rates at 12.0%.

· Monthly rates are $2,300.00 plus 12% tax.

· Pool Heat is recommended between October to April for an additional fee of $130.00 per week plus 12% tax, please request at time of booking. Monthly pool/spa heat $300.00 plus 12% tax

· Pets fee is a $100 per stay.

· Rentals may commence on any day of the week.

· Discounts available on stays of 2 weeks or longer.

· Cleaning fee of $65.00 for stays less than 7 nights.

· A minimum of 7 nights stay applies to Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

· A non-refunable deposit of $150.00 per week is required to secure the booking.

· A wi-fi card is available for laptops at the management company office for free of charge. A deposit may be required by management company.

· Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

We accept payment by check, money orders or certified check in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We also accept credit cards payments via PayPal. Using PayPal for your payment will incur a 3% surcharge.

There is no charge for setting up a PayPal account and it provides a safe method of making payments across the Internet. With a Paypal account, you can pay us from your bank account or credit card. This can be done securely.
